Jaclyn Bradley is a Certified Personal Trainer with The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and a Group Fitness Instructor with The Ontario Fitness Council. She received her diplomas in Fitness and Health Promotions and Recreation and Leisure from Loyalist College and eventually earned her first personal training job at Copperfields Fitness in Trenton. After 2 years as head trainer there, Jaclyn decided it was time for a change and moved to Ottawa to be closer to her now husband and started working at Wellness on the Rideau – a studio just for women. In addition to personal training, Jaclyn started teaching group fitness classes and started working with the company Booty Camp Fitness. In 2011, Jaclyn thought it was time to venture out on her own and created Fit at Home; in home training for women. In 2013, she created Get Fit – A boot camp exclusively for women.
Jaclyn attends numerous fitness conferences and workshops to keep up to date on the latest fitness trends and protocols. She is also certified in Level C CPR.
On a more personal note, Jaclyn has been in Ottawa now for 7 years and her and her husband just welcomed their first born, Carter into the world in August of this year.
She also has been working as an Independent Consultant/District Manager for Arbonne, a botanically based skincare/wellness company for the past 2 years.
