Welcome to Get Fit Fitness Camp!

Women of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total-body workout (each session is one hour) that combines:

  • • Circuit training
  • • Agility drills
  • • Sports conditioning
  • • Hand-to-hand cardio combat (no contact)
  • • Core strengthening/Pilates
  • • Body sculpting and resistance training

To target trouble spots and sculpt you from head-to-toe!
