Fit at Home is one-on-one personal training in the comfort of your own home. I will come to you and design an easy to follow, high energy, program specifically for you. By creating a personalized workout program, I am able to take your goals and restrictions into account in order to provide you with a workout that changes and challenges you. Whether it be a living room, basement or backyard – minimal space is required!
Each session is one hour long and no equipment is required. Equipment can be provided if necessary at no additional cost.
